Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund. We’re here to help. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.


We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. With proof of purchase (receipt), you can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty-one (31) days of the purchase date.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you purchased our products through one of our partnered retailers, please refer to their return and refund policy and not the return process below.

Return Process

To return an item for refund, send the original outside packaging with product label (excluding inside contents), include your proof of purchase (receipt) and contact information (name, mailing address, email), and then mail to the following Returns mailing address:

NOTE: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Limit one refund per customer per year, maximum 5 in a lifetime.
